Hastelloy Seamless Pipes & Tubes are non-welded pipes and tubes that are produced by extracting the tubes and pipe from a billet and then cold-drawing it to the final finished size. They have advantages like increased corrosion resistance, consistent and uniform dimensions, and cost-effectiveness.
Hastelloy Welded Pipes & Tubes are produced by rolling the plate and then welding the seam to form pipes. In case of tubes, methods like TIG, laser, or high-frequency welding processes are used.
Hastelloy Cold Drawn Pipes & Tubes offer uniform tolerances, better machinability, increased strength, etc., in comparison to the hot-rolled pipes and tubes. Also, their physical properties are also increased and the microstructure is highly uniform thus the machinability of these cold-drawn pipes and tubes increases.
Hastelloy Electropolished Pipes & Tubes are manufactured either by chemical or mechanical treatments or by electropolishing. In this process, both the interior and exterior surfaces of Hastelloy pipes and tubes are Electropolished to get a smoother surface.
